Stylist (Behind The Chair) & Management Responsibilities:

Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, color, & perms.
Manage client flow, ensuring appointments & walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care.
Stay inspired & up to date with the latest industry trends & cosmetology trends.
Maintain pristine personal station & assist with salon cleanliness.
Assist with front desk operations, including client check-ins, payments, & opening/closing procedures.
Foster a positive, collaborative salon culture.
Support daily operations, including inventory control, retail merchandising, & schedule preparation.
Address customer inquiries/concerns promptly ensuring satisfaction.
Train, mentor, & motivate fellow stylists.

What We Are Looking For:

An active Nevada Cosmetology License is required.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of expert cutting, styling, advanced color, & perms.
Strong communication and team-building skills.
Proficient with salon POS systems, cash handling, & social media posting.
Understanding of retail sales strategies and inventory management.
Weekend work required.
