Key Stylist Responsibilities:
  • Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, advanced color, chemical services, and perms. 
  • Ensure all appointments and walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care. 
  • Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients and taking payments. 
  • Opening and closing duties. 
  • Stay inspired and up to date with the latest industry trends and techniques.
  • Maintain a pristine personal station and assist with overall salon cleanliness.
What We Require:
  • Licensure: Active Nevada Cosmetology License (REQUIRED).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of cutting, color, and chemical texturizing.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in salon POS systems (..Zenoti is a plus) and social media posting.
  • Social Skills: Strong communication skills and a team player are a must.
  • Schedule: Weekend work required.
